Algae and Mucilage Harvesting

While the upper and middle coasts of the Adriatic waters were invaded by a mucilage overproduction, the Venetian lagoon was hit by a similar phenomena: macroalgal eutrophication. Globeco, with a fleet of 45 Grancevolas and Paguros, harvested in 5 years 240,000 cubic meters of algae. The Globeco vessels are able to solve all ecological problems, including the mucilage overproduction.
